Forward --deny-warnings to the lint phase of `vp check` so warnings can fail CI without a separate `vp lint --deny-warnings` run. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds
--deny-warningstovp check. It is forwarded to oxlint in the lint phase, so lint warnings fail the check without a secondvp lint --deny-warningsrun. When set, a warnings-only result is reported with the error heading instead of the warning heading. Also updatesvp check --helpand the check guide.
