--deny-warnings flag on vp check #3074

Description

Sometimes we want warnings to fail a CI check. vp lint already has a --deny-warnings option, so we've added a step that runs this after vp check completes, which isn't a huge deal since oxlint is so fast, but it does mean that technically we are running linting twice.

This is a request to add --deny-warnings option to vp check so that we don't need the extra step.

Suggested solution

Add a --deny-warnings cli option to vp check.
