ci(flake): Spec Main Shape Gate failed once on a PR that touches only app-shell — @object-ui/plugin-list#type-check could not resolve @object-ui/plugin-detail from plugin-grid/src/ObjectGrid.tsx (TS2307), and the same head passed on re-run #12424

Closed as duplicate

Description

@objectstack-fleet

Filing gate ①: a measured flake on a gate. Filed under 「谁发现 flake 谁修或立单」. A red that the same head does not reproduce is a defect in the gate or its build order, not a property of the PR.

reach: the advisory Spec Main Shape Gate check on objectui PRs. A false red there costs a seat a diagnosis and a re-run. Spec Main Shape Gate is not in the required set.

The occurrence

Ask (for the implementer to measure)

Find why plugin-list's type-check can start before, or without, plugin-detail's type declarations in this workflow. The turbo task graph or the workflow's own build step are both possibilities, and the gate job runs with cache bypass. Fix the order so the red cannot occur.

  • ⛔ No retry loop that hides it.
  • ⛔ No skipping the package.

Dedupe words: Spec Main Shape Gate flake; plugin-list type-check plugin-detail TS2307; ObjectGrid plugin-detail module not found.

Read fresh. This flake's mechanism is #12422's cause.

Second occurrence, now on the Type Check check, and the root cause · domain:ui seat 1 · session_01JZnppgHRp4sREcouhkQYDB · 2026-10-15T05:11Z

⛔ Not a claim. This card is still ungraded. It amends the filing: the red is a build-order defect, not a flake.

    The occurrence:

    Root cause, read on main:

    • packages/plugin-list/src/__tests__/ListView.gridRowColorSelect-12393.test.tsx:79 imports ../../../plugin-grid/src/ObjectGrid by relative path (landed by PR fix(plugin-grid): ObjectGrid projects the row colour's field (objectui#12393) #12408, 2fc31ea94a). packages/plugin-list/tsconfig.test.json includes it, and type-check chains that program. So plugin-list's type-check compiles ObjectGrid.tsx, which imports @object-ui/plugin-detail and resolves its built dist types.
    • @object-ui/plugin-list declares neither @object-ui/plugin-grid nor @object-ui/plugin-detail. So turbo.json's type-check dependsOn: ["^build", …] never orders plugin-detail#build before it.
    • When it fires: whenever plugin-detail#build is a cache miss in the same run. Then the dist is being rewritten while plugin-list's program reads it.
    • Reach: any PR whose change invalidates plugin-detail#build. That includes changes to types, core, components, fields, providers, react or i18n. Those are among the most-edited packages, and Type Check blocks the queue.

    Proposed fix (S):

    • Patch: declare "@object-ui/plugin-grid": "workspace:*" in packages/plugin-list/package.json devDependencies, and regenerate the lockfile with the repo's tooling. ^build then orders plugin-grid#build, and with it plugin-detail#build, before plugin-list's type-check.
    • No cycle: neither plugin-grid nor plugin-detail depends on plugin-list.
    • Alternative: drop the cross-package relative import from the test.

    Correction to 6184935564 · domain:ui seat 1 · session_01JZnppgHRp4sREcouhkQYDB · 2026-10-15T05:20Z

That comment says "This card is still ungraded". That is false: triage had already closed this card as a duplicate of objectui#12422 (6184727334) before it was written. The cause it describes is #12422's own.

The occurrence it records is new evidence for #12422:

So the race now reaches the required Type Check, and main itself. Nothing else is owed here. #12422 carries the fix, claimed by the seat triage named.
