The CI round's leftovers in objectui: `AGENTS.md` section 9 still shows `--shard=1/4`, and three comments (changeset-release.yml ×2, check-unused-dependencies.test.ts) still say four coverage shards after objectui#12208 / #12256 moved the lane to eight

Topic: objectui's turbo cache never replays for Lint and shadows itself across jobs — `//#lint:root` couples every package's lint hash to every tracked file (the objectui#12222 disease), and four jobs restore the bare `turbo-<os>-` key

governance: objectui is a product-neutral renderer — products compose pages from generic blocks; no product-named widget, dialog, hook or i18n namespace; write it into AGENTS.md + an ADR and ratchet it with a test over the registry, the app-shell dirs and the locale bundles (maintainer ruling 2026-10-12)
