On an Intel Mac, mise install --quiet --locked fails when mise.lock has no macos-x64 Java entry. The enter hook and the file-watcher hook both run this command, so neither path falls back to an unlocked install. A compatible macos-x64 lock entry fixes both paths. If no supported Java distribution can provide that entry, both hooks must explicitly handle macos-x64.
