java = "latest" remains unconditional, and the enter hook runs mise install --quiet --locked for every tool. On macOS x64, the Java lock entry is missing. Because Java uses platform-specific URLs and checksums, mise fails in locked mode instead of only skipping Java. This regresses the macOS x64 enter hook; the base lockfile contained a macOS x64 Java entry.

Use a Java vendor/version that provides a macOS x64 artifact, then regenerate the lockfile. Do not omit macos-x64 while the unconditional Java tool remains in the locked install.
