[FEAT] Major version tag #543

Is this a new feature request?
- I have searched the existing issues
Wanted change
Is there a reason that there's no major version tag which always points to the most recent major release of nextcloud? Like: 34 which currently would point to 34.0.2 and will update once 34.0.3 is released or 34.1.0.
So I can use it on my docker-compose:
services:
nextcloud:
image: lscr.io/linuxserver/nextcloud:34
Are there maybe concerns with data migration that could go wrong, etc?
Reason for change
I want to automatically get the newest major version of nextcloud when I pull the image.
