Thanks Ruben, the control plane and data plane split makes sense and the note is easy to follow. I believe the ci failure is a red herring because it is missing "generated/research-map.html" wasn't regenerated for the new note. If you regenerate and commit should go green. Both comments are merely cosmetic so I leave it to you.
