… rules Restructure the Model Overview to the standard opening, move long table text and option sets into lists, convert the assumptions to a numbered list, and rename Delegated Models to Delegated Methods with node-first sections linking the specific BEP Initiation and Progression chapters. Remove response-record, Monte Carlo control, provenance and numerical-floor content, and replace the input ranking with conditional effects on SRP.

Each citation now has one space before it and one space between consecutive citations, matching the rest of the site.
The site's citation footnote list carries no heading on any other page.
- Add the Head Beneath the Confining Layer section: the daylight ground sets the exit level, the net head is measured against the water on the layer at the toe or berm toe, and a pool below the exit level loads the layer at pool level. - Evaluate blowout and heave at the berm toe (x = berm length) for a berm within the layer's known extent; retire IN-12. - Route to Blanket Theory Case 2 only when an upstream path length is credited, so a Very Thin layer uses Case 4. - Treat a berm over a layer of unknown presence as a single berm-toe exit. - Apply daylight initiation only while the pool drives seepage out of the daylighting exit. - Rewrite assumption 17 for the revised datum treatment and retire IN-20. - Add the version-history entry for the results-changing model update.

Description
Adds the Backward Erosion Piping Screening technical reference manual to the System Response Library as a new document. It moves the existing draft from the developer section (
docs/dev/system-response-models/bep-screening/, which was never onmain) to its planned location. The document's navigation now points to the System Response Library page, and its bibliography moved to the matching path. The document is registered as an active draft (
active: true, draft: true) by flipping its existing Coming Soon stub. One link fix: the Typical Event Tree Database link now uses the page's actual slug (Backward-Erosion-Piping), which the build flagged as broken.Document scope

New document: Lane 1. The document still contains
_input-needed.md, the author's list of open engineering-basis questions (IN-xx markers). Docusaurus does not publish underscore-prefixed files, but reviewers will see it in the diff.
