Add basic CGColor APIs: RGB and sRGB constructors, grayscale constructors, component and alpha access, black/white/clear colors, copying, and value equality and hashing. Preserve built-in color identity when copying or comparing colors.
Validation: The same 13 behavior tests pass against native CoreGraphics and OpenCoreGraphics on macOS with Swift 6.1.2. The complete Linux suite passes 33 tests. iOS and visionOS Simulator type checks pass.
