This looks like a great addition to ensure that CodeEntropy has greater visability on the CCPBioSim website, happy to see this merged in!
Removed author details from the web metadata.
Removed GitHub and documentation links from web-meta.yaml.

This PR will bring the metadata file and release job to publish meta information to our central tracking repository.

This will enable the main website to scrape a single place for simple information to keep software records up to date on the website with very little time expense to the maintenance teams.
