feat(ui): 插件卡片去掉满屏红点、卡片页补刷新（#210） - #219

- 插件管理：「卸载」从红色描边按钮改成灰色图标（悬停变红 + tooltip「卸载」，点了照旧二次确认）。 原来十张卡十个红按钮，最抢眼的反而是最不该点的 - 插件卡片不再挂「已启用」：右上角的开关已经说了这件事；停用的仍留一个灰色「已停用」方便扫 - 五张卡片页（模型密钥 / MCP 凭据 / 短信配置 / 群机器人 / 存储）右上角加刷新： web 端关了 refetchOnWindowFocus，别人改了配置原来只能整页刷新才看得到 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- 新增 CardPageRefresh（_shared/resource-card.tsx）：把这一页用到的查询全部传进来一起重取。 原来只重取主列表：短信配置的厂商 / 模板目录、群机器人的选项不跟着刷新，转完一圈像整页都新了， 「厂商不可用」和模板名其实还是旧的，取失败留下的错误块也不会重试 - 五页各自一个 testId（provider-refresh / sms-config-refresh …），不再共用 list-refresh（多页签同时开会撞） - 插件卡片：「已启用 / 已停用」写在开关旁边（同存储卡片），只靠开关颜色读不出字；标题行不再挂徽章 - 卸载按钮用 size="icon-sm"，不再 size="icon" + size-8 覆盖 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
