- MasterList：< lg 时列表最高 14rem（约 5 行），多的在列表里滚。原来 calc(100svh-20rem) 在 844 高的手机上 约 524px，加上标题和搜索框第一屏全是列表，详情要往下滑一屏（角色 / 字典 / 数据权限三页） - QueryBar：「搜索 + 重置」包成一个整体，窄屏折行时两个一起换，不再剩一个「重置」独占一行 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- MasterList 列表上限：< lg 用 max-h-[40svh]（原来写死 14rem，竖屏平板和手机一样挤）； 类名改成「默认值 + lg 覆盖」，不再三条 max-h 叠在一起靠变体顺序决胜负。 6 行骨架（约 284px）在 40svh 下装得下，加载时不再自己内滚 - QueryBar：「搜索 + 重置」那一对去掉 shrink-0、自己也 flex-wrap —— 容器比这一对还窄时仍能各占一行，不横向溢出 - pages 分册里过期的那段「calc 是兜底」改写成三档 - 没加 E2E：放登录日志页拆掉包装照样绿；放用户管理页同一轮里 query-bar.spec 原有用例间歇失败，原因没查实。写进了查询区分册 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

#210 剩余项里的「手机上主从页左栏铺满第一屏」和「查询区折行剩一个孤零零的重置」（拆分里的 ⑧）。

_shared/master-list.tsx：< lg时列表最高 14rem（约 5 行），多的在列表里滚。原来calc(100svh-20rem)在 844 高的手机上约 524px，第一屏全是列表（角色 / 字典 / 数据权限）query-bar/index.tsx：「搜索 + 重置」包成一个整体，窄屏折行时两个一起换行没做成「选了才看详情」：三页都会默认选中第一项，那样手机上列表就永远看不到了；封顶高度更稳，也不用改交互。
