Adds
webshare ui, a lazygit-style TUI over the account's products: proxies, bandwidth, errors, activity, authorized IPs and sub-users per plan, plus account and subscription screens. Command logic moves to internal/app so the CLI and the TUI share it; billing and purchases stay in the dashboard. There are no tests for the TUI itself (internal/tui); the shared logic in internal/app is covered through the CLI tests.
