Warning

Revert before merging: commit 7516e0489 points tinymce_live_demo_url in antora.yml at the 8-dev channel so the live demos on staging run Suggested Edits v2. Revert that commit before this PR merges.

Changes:

• Updated the Suggested Edits page for the 8.10 review interface (header, footer, document, sidebar, bulk actions, keyboard navigation, finishing a review), plus the access, command, event, and menu item partials and the four live demos.
• Added one Suggested Edits section to the 8.10.0 release notes. It supersedes the Suggested Edits entries in TINYDOC-3574: The review actions moved to the sidebar header and were renamed. #4378, TINYDOC-3574: Diff mode now dims unchanged content so the suggested changes stand out. #4379, and TINYDOC-3574: Diff mode and Preview options replaced the Show edits toggle. #4382.
• Added the revert-all icon to the icon list.

Main pages changed:

• SuggestedEdits: main feature page
• Suggested Edits: Reviewing edits
  • Review now stays inside the editor; new Footer, Bulk actions, and Keyboard navigation sections; cards, Save & Exit, and Exit review.
• 8.10.0 release notes: Suggested Edits
  • 18 entries covering the Suggested Edits v2 changes and the nested highlight fix (TINYMCE-14358), including the class name change for custom CSS.
