Night shift report
WHY THIS MATTERS: Nothing a human needs to see. Almost all of it is Intercom re-signing image URLs in support articles, which happens on its own schedule. The MCP SEP index summary now says 43 Final SEPs instead of 42; the table was already listing 43, so upstream just fixed the counter. No status changed. Claude Code is still on v2.1.302. Nothing was deleted, no new tombstones, and discovery found nothing new:

content/mcp/seps.md: the "Final" count in the summary went from 42 to 43 so it matches the table. No SEP changed status.content/mcp/seps/2640-skills-extension.md: the reference links were reformatted ([SEP-2133]became[SEP-2133][]), so the markdown reference links now render.expires/signatureparams on Intercom CDN image URLs changed.
