The Zed READMEs advertise KG suggestions without showing how to load a graph. Add the native-verified initialization_options.thesaurus setup and a complete brief → authored alternative → exported graph → terraphim-grep walkthrough. Include Logseq-compatible synonyms:: concept Markdown and a separate terraphim-agent capture/show example with explicit local-store semantics.

Both root and catalog package READMEs now link the walkthrough and show the two CLI commands. CLIs remain separate installations; compiled GitHub packages and pending official catalog publication remain distinct. This changes documentation only, with no version, binary or release changes.

Validation:

• Released clients 1.21.20: Concern retrieved the canonical Risk passage using an actual Zed-exported graph; search-only answer was null.
• Released agent 1.21.20: capture returned an ID; show retrieved that same ID, exact decision content and provenance tag.
• Stock Zed 1.23.3 with released extension 0.2.0 and auto-downloaded RC7: the documented thesaurus settings produced a native swap and saved/undo/redo/reopened outputs.
• 69 existing Python checks passed, 14 local documentation links checked, and git diff --check passed. Three additional checks require compiled WASM/native artifacts absent from the isolated docs checkout; full build verification runs in CI.
