The marketplace instructions still listed the public source mirror as unavailable after it was published. Record the verified initial public commit and remove that resolved prerequisite.
Validation: all 46 source files were fetched anonymously at
1fc332292ea41ae98ed55bd97b2daaa0ce48bcd5and matched their reviewed SHA-256 values and sizes; the commit has no parents. Initial public CI passed on macOS and Ubuntu. LSP release availability, exact native Zed acceptance, human catalog submission and upstream publication remain separate pending gates.
