The upstream workspace Open issue described prepared code but provided no inspectable patch. Publish the exact reviewed nine-file proposal and its actual test evidence in our own repository, linked from the adapter README.
The packet records the public upstream base and resulting file hashes, an unchanged validation configuration, upstream MIT notice, and final gate output with only the disposable checkout path normalized. A clean upstream-base application reproduces all nine reviewed hashes. The final official sequential gate passes 37 workspace typechecks and 17,806 tests, with 30 skipped; earlier failures and bounded recovery remain distinct.
This is documentation and a review packet, not an upstream submission or shipped host capability. It explicitly preserves truthful authorship/personal DCO, native chooser proof, upstream host/SDK release, three-platform all-41 acceptance and release/catalog admission gates. Runtime code, dependencies, the candidate and the closed release registry are unchanged.
Validation: packet JSON/hashes and relative links checked; exact patch applies cleanly to its upstream base and matches the tested source;
git diff --checkpasses. No personal sign-off or upstream legal certification was supplied.
