Nimbalyst currently has component and Windows trial workflows but no route to publish the exact artifact that passed native qualification. This adds a dormant release workflow that publishes original CI bytes only after a reviewed admission record binds the candidate, actual macOS/Windows/Linux outcomes, all 41 requirements, and demo/search outputs. The admission registry is empty, so publication is refused by default.
The workflow runs only from an exact protected release tag, uses trusted workflow source and a data-only admission commit from main, respects existing environment reviewer policy, and uses the job-scoped GitHub token. Existing releases are never overwritten; retries require exact anonymous asset readback. Component CI seals an original Ubuntu package, and Windows trials may consume that same immutable artifact. The previous Windows input route is preserved.
Validation: 15 release-infrastructure tests pass against an actual retained compiled package, real files/Git histories and HTTP transport. Existing native-candidate contracts, actionlint and Python compilation pass. Independent review repeated these checks and verified all 12 source files. These tests do not establish native acceptance or marketplace admission.
No release environment, permissions, tag, public release, product runtime or editor-history behavior is changed. A stable manifest version and reviewed three-host qualification remain prerequisites before any future release.
