Adds a manual workflow that runs the released Nimbalyst 0.80.6 Windows application against an exact retained candidate from successful main CI. It verifies the Actions archive digest and candidate members, launches the app in a fresh offline profile with an explicit credential-free environment, then checks actual alternative creation, Save, clean/KG exports and reopen. Both the installed files and actual output files are read back; failures and onboarding blockers retain evidence.

The workflow has read-only permissions and does not publish. It refuses unattended Terms/onboarding acceptance. This bounded lifecycle remains separate from the full three-OS/all-41 first-release gate.

Validation: independent review passed; strict types/build, 36 Node and 22 package tests pass on the combined source; actionlint and Ruff pass. A real public CI artifact was downloaded, its digest checked and all 19 package files extracted and read back. Regression tests reject changed/added installed files, unsafe ZIP paths/links/case collisions and modified package bytes. PowerShell and the actual Windows app have not yet executed; that outcome will be recorded only after this workflow runs.
