Summary

Restore the compact changelog layout and clickable title anchors while retaining monthly archives. Update titles link to their own title slugs; the right-hand date list keeps separate date anchors.

The year navigation expands to localized months with a trailing chevron. Selecting a month loads its content without rebuilding the sidebar, and scrolling loads older releases with synchronized month and date selection. Links from loaded content retain their source page paths.

Keep the page H1 accessible but visually hidden, preserve native chain-link icons, and maintain the navigation configuration through the publishing maintenance script for all 11 locales.

Validation

  • Changelog maintenance unit tests and navigation regression tests.
  • Browser checks in English and Chinese: year disclosure, month selection and return, continuous scrolling, title links, and separate date links.
  • Rebased onto the latest origin/main; whitespace checks passed.
