The unchanged case study contains 14 public commit-pinned GitHub references that trigger repo-sentinel-lite 0.6.3 high-entropy checks. Record only those reviewed native fingerprints, binding kind, path, line, token and entropy. New-file and changed-URL controls still fail at error severity. Keep the scanner version, configuration and workflow unchanged. Signed-off-by: stacknil <219124580+stacknil@users.noreply.github.com>

Summary
Adds a bounded engineering case study demonstrating interoperability between the pinned Systems Foundations process/socket evidence workflow and Telemetry Lab's existing window consumer.
Evidence
Scope and limitations
The article distinguishes comparison-observation time from event occurrence time, file identity from source authenticity, and successful aggregation from detection effectiveness.
The Stage 12 execution receipts remain privately retained; public source code and producer goldens are linked through fixed commits.
No production code, tests, rules, dependencies, schemas or golden artifacts change.
