[Bug] Ctrl+Shift+D Open in external mergin tool opening wrong version of file

Description

When try open file in external merge tool opened file will be wrong file version.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change file under commit.
2. Open "Dashboard" tab and select "Files" tab on current branch.
3. Open "Local changes" tab and open changed file in external merge tool (Ctrl + Shift +D). Opened file will be not current changes but changes before and current commit.
4. Open "Dashboard" tab again and select "Changes" tab.
5. Open "Local changes" tab and open changed file in external merge tool (Ctrl + Shift +D). Now file version will be correct: diff changes with current changes and current commit.
