docs: fix broken links in v8 migration guides - #2768
Conversation
Point the socket-mode v3 guide at the actual web-api v8 migration page, and give the RequestConfig section's link the correct heading anchor. Both are reported by the docs.slack.dev build, which will throw on broken links once slack/docs-slack-dev#139 lands. Co-Authored-By: Claude <svc-devxp-claude@slack-corp.com>

Summary
This pull request fixes the last two broken links that the docs.slack.dev build reports.
