Generation status callbacks need the complete resolved asset to request a server price, including legacy speech settings and reference URLs. Expose that asset and block Generate while an asynchronous status request is pending.
Existing callbacks remain usable. Changed inputs cancel stale status requests; an existing error continues to block generation while its replacement is checked.
Verify: 2,163 tests, type-check, lint, build and package checks passed. Coverage includes resolved merge values, cancellation and toolbar submission while pending.
Merge this PR first, then retarget #214 to main. Merging invokes the existing release workflow.
