Looking at the replies on the issue and the
clickversioning policy at https://palletsprojects.com/versions, it seems critical thatspinreleases always add an upper bound onclick. Anypip install spinis broken right now, which is super disruptive especially in CI of projects usingspin. Doing this is also explicitly recommended at https://palletsprojects.com/versions#pinning-versions-and-constraints (spinis an application, not a library).Deprecating warnings are also generally invisible to users of
spin, because everything runs in subprocesses.Yes, let's do that.
