Adds create, upload, list, get, status, files and delete commands for
Agentforce Express Context libraries.
create takes --file (repeatable), prompts for the authoring bundle, subagent,
action label and description before any org call, then creates the library
("<subagent label> Express"), uploads the files and polls indexing (2s, 10 min).
Once indexed, it adds a local retriever action to the subagent, using the
platform-created global retriever action (GenAiFunctionDefinition) as the
action name and source, plus a reasoning.actions reference. On partial
success or timeout the user can continue, retry once or abort; on failure the
library and its retriever action are cleaned up after confirmation.
upload adds files to an existing library with the same polling, and cleans up
only the files from that run.
Requires the AgentExpressContext client from @salesforce/agents.

@supreethmurthy please have your coding agent review these code review files. |
…nd tests - addRetrieverAction pads inserted lines with the bundle's own indent (tabs or spaces) and refuses a subagent that mixes the two instead of corrupting it. - uploadAndWait builds the SFDrive-to-local map from the SDK's files[] pairing rather than by array index. - Note that `with searchText = ...` is Agent Script slot-fill syntax. - Tests: tab/mixed indentation, out-of-order upload pairing, and the list, get, status, files and delete commands. … action, page files KNOWN BLOCKER: package.json still depends on @salesforce/agents ^2.3.0, which does not export AgentExpressContext. This PR builds and tests only against a local yarn link of forcedotcom/agents#384. Bump @salesforce/agents to the release that contains salesforcecli#384 before merging; a clean install fails until then. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

This PR will create agentforce express context libraries, upload files, index them.
