…d), block pvxslibs on epicscorelibs kingfisher-bin's kingfisher-scanner crate hard-depends on kingfisher-vectorscan, which vendors VectorCamp/vectorscan (Hyperscan successor). vectorscan's CMake has no riscv64 arch branch, the one SIMDe-fallback escape hatch is unwired in kingfisher-vectorscan-sys's build.rs and buggy in vectorscan's own CMake for an unmatched arch, and upstream has explicitly declined RISC-V support (issue #74, closed wontfix/duplicate). No precedent anywhere (not Debian, not upstream CI). pvxslibs links against epicscorelibs' compiled libCom/dbCore/dbRecStd at build time via setuptools_dso; epicscorelibs' own riscv64 port (PR #2966) is open/draft and not yet published, so pvxslibs cannot build until that lands.
