…18 yet 3.18 is on PyPI (sdist uploaded 2026-10-26) but python-grimp/grimp has no v3.18 tag yet (the newest is v3.17), so the checkout step fails on every interpreter. The head of upstream's release-v3.18 branch (c019ec78) is byte-identical to the released 3.18 sdist (all 49 files compared), so pin that commit for 3.18 and keep the v<version> tag for every other version. Drop the entry once the tag exists.
