requirements/freethreading.txt only caps hypothesis (<6.130, before it grew a
native extension) on 3.13t and leaves 3.14t on the latest release, but
hypothesis publishes no free-threaded riscv64 wheel (its riscv64 wheels are
cp311-abi3 and cp315-abi3t), so pip builds the sdist and its Rust bootstrap
fails on riscv64 ("Target triple not supported by rustup"). Install the same
<6.130 release first on cp314t; the requirement then counts as satisfied. The
suite only uses hypothesis' pure-Python API.
