casadi 3.8.2's swig/casadi.i already wraps all four direct %stubcode sites
(ArrayInterface, pi/inf, NZproxy, __array_priority__) in
#ifdef SWIG_STUBS_ENABLED, which is what the 3.8.1 patch added. The copied
patch no longer applies ("patch failed: swig/casadi.i:3812") and has nothing
left to do. The build workflow skips the patch step when the version has no
patches directory.
