BITTENSOR_CORE_REF still pointed at v445, whose sdk/bittensor-core-py is 0.1.3, so the 0.1.5 job built a bittensor_core-0.1.3 wheel and the wheel check rejected it. subtensor has no per-release tag for the PyPI version; v475 is the first release tag whose pyproject.toml pins 0.1.5 (v476 has the same tree), and its tree matches the released 0.1.5 sdist file for file apart from the two Cargo.toml files the sdist rewrites. The crate versions the build script hardcodes (ahash 0.8.12, libsodium-sys 0.2.7, secp256k1-sys 0.9.2) are unchanged in its Cargo.lock.
