GraphQL G4: WebSocket subscriptions (graphql-transport-ws)

Part of #1581. Depends on G3; the client part depends on #1567.

Server: a WebSocketUpgrader for subprotocol graphql-transport-ws: connection_init with an acknowledgement timeout, several subscribe ids per connection, ping/pong, complete in both directions, protocol close codes (4400, 4401, 4408, 4409, 4429). HTTP/1.1 upgrade only.
org.restlet.ext.websocket stays an optional dependency, loaded only when WebSocket is configured.
Client: graphql-transport-ws over WebSocketClient sharing the borrowed HTTP client's event loop (WebSocketClient should reuse the application's Netty event loop instead of creating its own #1567 / fix: let WebSocketClient share a borrowed client's event loop #1568).
