Summary

• New site navbar: Learn, Showcase and More open panels with icons and one-line descriptions; Dashboard, Donate and Blogs are direct links. Menu content lives in src/data/navbar.ts.
• Showcase's label goes to /showcase; a chevron button opens its panel (GitHub profiles, GitHub badges, Hire developers).
• On mobile the default Docusaurus drawer is replaced by a full-screen sheet (search first, accordions for Learn / Showcase / More, GitHub, Discord and a dark mode switch, focus trap, scroll lock).
• Replaces the swizzled Navbar/Content with src/components/navbar/. Keeps the Algolia search widget, the colour mode toggle and the Clerk sign-in slot. docusaurus.config.ts navbar items is now empty.
• Old navbar CSS in custom.css is left in place but no longer applies; only --ifm-navbar-height was added.

Limits

• Search is still the Algolia widget: its button, Ctrl K hint and modal placeholder come from Algolia's script and are disabled without the Algolia env keys. Mobile search buttons click that widget.
• The old /courses/ link is gone from the navbar (Courses row now links the two YouTube playlists).

Checked

Build and typecheck pass; browser checks at 1440, 1280 and 390px, dark mode, panels and Escape. Not tested: 1024 and 768px, keyboard-only use, reduced motion, signed-in avatar.
