• Search and topic chips already filtered the Latest grid, but that grid sits below the hero so nothing visibly changed. A search or chip change now scrolls to the results, which show an "N articles in ... matching ..." line with a Clear filters button.
• Blog cards use the previous page's text and colours again: Inter 16px bold titles, 13.5px grey descriptions and the original eight tag colours (same label-to-colour mapping). Title hover stays green, not purple.

Build passes. In a browser, the Azure chip shows 7 articles and scrolls to them; searching "netflix" shows 1 article. Not tested: dark mode and mobile for the new filter line.
