• New Sponsors page: hero with a holographic heart badge and 3D stage, falling confetti (pure CSS), an animated two-path How it works (sponsor / get sponsored), the sponsor wall with two tabs and Show all, and a closing call to action.
• Data moves to src/data/sponsors.ts. Fixes duplicates, broken hhttps:// links, a wrong X link, typos, and wrong or missing photos: renamed GitHub accounts were resolved to their current logins via each sponsor's original avatar id, and photos fall back to the numeric avatar id, then to initials.
• Optional build-time fetch (scripts/fetch-sponsors.mjs, read only, runs in prebuild) merges public GitHub sponsors into the wall. Without a token it keeps the existing sponsors.generated.json.
• The "Climb the leaderboard" scene reads the real monthly leaderboard from the backend.
• Removes the old SponsorCard, Sponsors.css and src/database/sponsors.

For review

• With the generated file in place the wall shows 67 sponsors and 45 people we sponsor (14 more public sponsors than the mockup list). Reset sponsors.generated.json to empty to get 53 and 44.
• GITHUB_SPONSOR_TOTAL = 82 and "we sponsor 44" cannot be verified from GitHub's public API (52 public sponsors, 2 public sponsored).
• Hemanth Kumar now links to hemanthkumar-21 (matches his original photo id); Hemu21 is a different account.
• static/img/sanjay.webp and logo-mark.webp do not exist, so the GitHub avatar and /img/logo.svg are used.

Checked

Build and typecheck pass; interaction-tested in headless Chrome (both paths, wall tabs, show all, dark mode, 390px with no horizontal scroll). Not tested: keyboard-only use, reduced motion, Lighthouse.
