• New leaderboard view: period tabs (This week, This month default, All time), podium with an open-spot slot, ranking table with search and show more, support banner, and a rail with Your rank, How to earn points (with badge rules) and Hive activity.
• Stale data shows an amber "Data may be delayed" state; the next-refresh time is the real even-UTC-hour cron slot. Backend failures show an error card with Try again.
• Points rules live in one pointsConfig.ts (also used by statsProvider). Backend responses are cached 10 minutes in sessionStorage.
• The leaderboard is no longer behind a sign-in gate (signed-out visitors see a Sign in card in the rail).
• Removes the old leaderboard CSS and the PR list, points info, personal stats, streak and support components. No purple left in this view.

Backend (not part of this PR)

The live data on Railway was last generated 2026-10-10 and is older than the sanjay-kv/leaderboard source (no streak, bots scored). In that repo, refresh errors are swallowed and isGenerating can stick if a request hangs (no axios timeout). Needs a look at the Railway logs (expired GIT_TOKEN or hung run) and which repo/branch Railway builds.

Build and typecheck pass; screenshots at 1440 and 500px plus dark mode; no token patterns in the build output. Not tested: signed-in states, the week tab and its fallback, keyboard and reduced motion, 1100 and 768px.
