• Desktop and tablet layouts are unchanged.

• CSS only: a phone block in FloatingContributors/FloatingContributors.css (declared after the other responsive blocks so it wins at equal specificity, no !important) and two rules in header/header.css.
• npm run build passes. Not checked on a phone: the Halloween pumpkins and the layout between 480px and 650px are worth a look.
