先日の React Tokyo で @smikitky さんの登壇をきっかけに React ドキュメントの翻訳に興味を持ちました。
よろしくお願いいたします。
cacheSignal のページが英語のまま表示されており、未翻訳のように見受けられたため報告します。
初めてのコントリビュートになるため、まずは issue として報告します。
もしこちらで翻訳 PR を作成する形が望ましければ対応します。
既に担当予定の方がいる場合や、進め方に指定がある場合はご指示ください。

Thanks for reporting this! I'd be happy to work on translating the cacheSignal page into Japanese.
Could you please assign this issue to me? I'll follow the standard translation workflow:
Find the corresponding Markdown file in the Japanese fork
Translate it following the translation guidelines
Submit a PR for review
Also, I noticed the page is currently in English - should I also update any navigation links or just translate the content?
