iOS testbed unnecessarily gathers simulator diagnostics #159211

Bug report

When a test suite executed in the iOS testbed fails, Xcode will gather simulator diagnostics. This includes details such as CPU usage statistics, the state of the LaunchServices database, and logs of the simulator launch daemon.

These diagnostics can take several minutes to collect, but are highly unlikely to contain details that are useful for diagnosing Python issues. The iOS testbed should default to skipping collection of these diagnostics.
