Apply the latest Copier template changes: enable type checking in
make checks, lint documentation sources, preserve Markdown frontmatter, correct the integration-test coverage glob, and update workflow concurrency. Remove trailing whitespace from generated Makefile recipes.Correct parser return annotations and preserve the input model type in the model parser result. Annotate logger initialization and dynamic model traversal. Fix list defaults to inspect the default value, with a regression test; correct a test model field typo.
Verified
make lint checks coverageon macOS with Python 3.11: 2 tests passed. The list-default regression fails with the original code and passes with this fix.
