Fleet dependency upgrade (2026-10-26). Driver: Next.js RCE advisories GHSA-2464-fhr4-w9xw / GHSA-673q-mjm6-r5xr (master was already on the patched 16.4.1) and red audits.

Security

  • next 16.4.1 -> 16.4.3
  • bun audit: 0 critical / 6 high / 4 moderate / 1 low -> 0 / 0 / 3 / 1. Overrides: ws ^8.22.0, socket.io-parser ^4.2.7 (both via @sqlitecloud/drivers), source-map-js ^1.2.2 (via postcss)

Majors taken

  • typescript 5 -> 7 (all workspaces), better-sqlite3 12 -> 13 and @types/better-sqlite3 9 (optional), ioredis 5 -> 6, @types/node 22 -> 26
  • @profullstack/hqtui 0.5 -> 0.11 (tui), x402-gateway 0.11 -> 0.13, footer 0.2.6
  • Rust: cargo update (lock only, resolver keeps Rust 1.85-compatible versions); toolchain/Docker rust stays on the mise pin 1.92

Held

  • none

Gate

  • tsc clean: web, tui, shared build; tui bun test 10/10
  • next build (16.4.3) succeeds
  • Rust: CI rust.yml on this PR

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

- next 16.4.1 -> 16.4.3
- every JS dependency to latest; overrides lift transitive ws, socket.io-parser
  and source-map-js past their advisories
- majors: typescript 7, better-sqlite3 13, @types/better-sqlite3 9, ioredis 6,
  @profullstack/hqtui 0.11, x402-gateway 0.13
- cargo update (Cargo.lock, Rust 1.85-compatible)
- bun audit: 0 critical / 6 high -> 0 / 0
