Each job requests a short-lived installation token scoped to the repositories and permissions it uses. Jobs that run branch or dependency code use a read-only app.

Summary
CI now authenticates with short-lived GitHub App installation tokens instead of a long-lived personal access token. Each job requests its token right before it needs one, limited to the repositories and permissions that job uses. Tokens expire after one hour. Commits made by automation are attributed to the app's bot account.
This follows GitHub's recommended practice for automation: no long-lived user credentials, least privilege per job, and short token lifetimes.
