This adds the organisation truST and the PID 1209:7472 for its PLC runtime firmware.
truST is an open-source IEC 61131-3 PLC platform: https://github.com/johannesPettersson80/trust-platform. The source is public and licensed MIT OR Apache-2.0; see LICENSE-MIT and LICENSE-APACHE at the repository root.
Why the project needs a PID, not each user: truST is firmware for off-the-shelf boards with a supported microcontroller, first the STM32F4 family. A chip running it presents one USB CDC-ACM device. The truST command line and its VS Code extension find truST devices by this VID:PID and connect to the PLC runtime over it. The ID belongs to the firmware, which is the same on every board, so users never build or name their own USB device.
The PID 7472 is unused and outside the reserved ranges; it reads "tr" for truST.
