Bug report

Failure is happening on Win11. It runs okay on GitHub/ubuntu. Following instructions from failure to run with -v and report results here.

    Failing run uses Phpstan 2.2.7, after adding reportIgnoresWithoutComments: true to phpstan.neon.dist. Github PR is PHPOffice/PhpSpreadsheet#4952
    Getting results of additional command now, but I am going to reboot first.

    Reboot didn't help.
    2.2.8 completes successfully.

    This was fixed by phpstan/phpstan-src#6179 in 2.2.8.
