Silo on FreeBSD

I've created a FreeBSD ports overlay containing the Silo, Silo Client, and Silo Console.

I'd like this issue to serve as a heads-up to the Silo maintainers and to the community. Extra testing and feedback are welcome before Silo, Silo Client, and Silo Console land in the FreeBSD Ports Collection.
