This PR adds support to Virtual Servers for tree expand/collapse on
group_byviews in"rollup"mode, and implements it for the the DuckDB virtual servers (JS and Python).For Virtual Servers which do not implement this protocol, expand/collapse toggle buttons now log a warning instead of a Rust panic/abort. For DuckDB, expand/collapse adds a hidden
__HIDDEN__column to each view's temporary table and generates theUPDATEstatements.Fixes #3263
