Note: #1000 bumps @patternfly/documentation-framework to ^6.54.4, which requires @patternfly/react-core ^6.7.1 and fails to resolve with the repo's current react-core. This PR uses 6.51.8 (from #970) instead. Moving to 6.54.x needs a react-core bump first.

All other updates are lockfile-only and were applied with npm update.

Verified: npm run build:packages succeeds; jest passes (26 suites, 121 tests).
