What: Completes the documentation cleanup deferred from the Felt CSS migration (PF-4694 follow-up).

Additional issues: Follow-up to #12699 (PF-4694)

Base-CSS wording

The import examples in five package READMEs already pointed at @rh-felt/react-core/dist/styles/base.css, but the prose above them still referred to "PatternFly base CSS". Updated in react-table, react-charts, react-code-editor, react-templates, and react-core (the last also changes "Each PatternFly component" → "Each Felt component").

Homepage links

Package homepage fields still pointed at main, so the npm pages for the published @rh-felt/* packages landed on the main-branch (PatternFly-named) READMEs:

  • The five package-scoped links switched from /tree/main/… or /blob/main/… to felt-v1 (react-code-editor, react-drag-drop, react-table, react-templates, eslint-plugin-patternfly-react)
  • The six repo-root #readme links resolved to the default branch implicitly; they are now explicit /tree/felt-v1#readme URLs (root, react-core, react-charts, react-icons, react-integration, react-tokens)

Intentionally left as-is:

  • The "PatternFly react docs" / "PatternFly core" link text in the table README — brand references, not migration leftovers; whether PatternFly remains the public-facing term in Felt docs is a terminology call for the team
  • react-styles and react-docs have no homepage field at all

No lockfile changes — homepage metadata doesn't participate in resolution.

Finish the documentation cleanup deferred from the Felt CSS migration:

- Replace the stale "PatternFly base CSS" wording in the react-table,
  react-charts, react-code-editor, react-templates, and react-core
READMEs with "Felt Base CSS"; the import examples already pointed
  at @rh-felt/react-core
- Point every package homepage link at the felt-v1 branch instead of
main: the five package-scoped links switched from /tree/main/ or
/blob/main/ to felt-v1, and the six repo-root #readme links became
explicit /tree/felt-v1#readme URLs so they no longer resolve to the
  default branch
